Decoden — short for “decorated” & “denwa” (denwa meaning phone in Japanese) is a style of bedazzling your phone case and accessories with cute charms and simulated cream glue, originating from Japan in the early 2000’s.

Pinku DIY Studio is recommended for kids over 10 years old. Cream glue piping is very similar to cake decorating, so it can be difficult for younger kids.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping our studio a clean and relaxing environment for everyone. Please keep voices down, area clean, and watch over your children at all times. A $5 fee will be charged for any unreturned charms, and an additional $5 fee for extremely messy/dirty tables.

Reservations are two hours long.

We have a strict 10 minute grace period, so we highly encourage your entire party be on time. There is a chance that your table will be given up to a walk-in party after your 10 minute grace period is up. Incomplete parties will be seated and begin decorating before the grace period is up. If the rest of your party is more than 10 minutes late, they will not be allowed to join your table.

We keep your card on file in the event that we must charge a cancellation/no show fee based on our policies listed below. There may be a temporary hold to verify your card.

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give at least 12 hours notice. You will be able to cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email up to 6 hours before your appointment time. Our scheduling system will not allow you to change after that.

In the event that your entire party doesn’t show, you will be charged a $25 no show fee (1-5 decorators) or $35 no show fee (6 decorators) from the card saved on file.

Sorry, we don’t accept cash!

We accept any US-issued and most internationally-issued credit card bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International logo. We also accept mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

You will take your creation home on the same day!

It typically takes 5-7 days, depending on the thickness of the cream.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ITEM IN A HOT ENVIRONMENT! The glue will melt in the heat.

Once home, keep your creation flat in the box with the top open for 5-7 days. This will allow the glue to air dry.

There is a CASH ONLY parking lot in the Honda Plaza.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a waiting list. Please continue to check the website for last minute cancellations if your desired date is currently fully booked.

We are an unguided studio, meaning you have full creative control of your decoden creation. We offer a complimentary glue piping tutorial, give you helpful advice , and will answer any questions you might have throughout the way!
